Ethics, Opportunity, and Unique Business Model Brings Bill Adams to EmVision

Published by James Artale

Bill Adams recently joined the EmVision Capital Advisors’ team as a wealth advisor.

“After learning about this company’s ethical and moral compass, potential opportunity, and unique business model, I knew this was the right fit for me,” said Bill Adams, wealth advisor, EmVision Capital Advisors. “Plus, I’ve known Michael [wealth advisor, president, and CEO of EmVision] for years and I trust him.”

EmVision's Business Model Allows Advisors to Focus on Clients

At EmVision, wealth advisors have the opportunity to work for the firm while they’re simultaneously growing their business.

“We have a lot of bright, young people on our team as well as seasoned professionals who are nearing retirement,” said Adams. “This is perfect because newer advisors can learn the business and grow their clientele and seasoned advisors have someone they can wholeheartedly trust with their clients once they decide to retire—whether that’s in two years or two decades. Having a business model like this in place allows us, as advisors, to focus solely on what’s best for our clients.”

Adams' Skill Set & Background

In addition to servicing his clients, Adams is responsible for watching markets and economies and sharing this information with his team and clients.

“Bill is brilliant and brings a unique skill set that both our team and clients will benefit from,” said Michael Embrescia, wealth advisor, president, and CEO, EmVision. “We’re honored to have him on our team.”

Adams received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Engineering from The Ohio State University in 1992. He attended university on a Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps scholarship. He was commissioned as an Officer in the Navy upon graduation, and served on a nuclear ballistic missile submarine and also on a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. He resigned his commission in 1997 and accepted a position with General Motors, working with robotic welding technologies and programmable logic controls. He has also worked for Avery Dennison Corporation and PPG Industries.

In 2016, Adams retired from manufacturing and began a new profession to pursue his passion for markets, investing, and economics as a financial advisor with Prudential Financial, Inc. In 2021, Adams left Prudential to join the EmVision team. Today, he services clients by providing investment alternatives on public trading platforms.

Adams is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2629 in Aurora, OH. He is also a Past Master of Western Star Lodge #21 F&AM in Boardman, OH. He is married with three children and stays active in his local community. He and his wife are also developing a small farm in Newbury, OH to produce all-natural, healthy, and sustainable foods. Adams leads by example and is committed to the highest levels of honesty, integrity, and trust.
