Earlier this month, our team came together for EmVision Capital Day 2025 at Barrington Golf Club in Aurora. The day was dedicated to reflection, alignment, and momentum. It was an opportunity for our advisors, leadership, and partners to step back from the day-to-day and focus on what matters most: how we continue to serve our clients with clarity, confidence, and care as we head into 2026.
Looking Back: A Year of Growth and Progress
We began the day by recapping 2025. We celebrated team growth, office expansions, and continued progress across assets under management, technology, and operations. Our CEO and Founder Michael Embrescia shared key milestones we’ve reached together and the strategic decisions that are shaping the future of EmVision, including our continued work toward building a scalable, client-first Registered Investment Advisor platform.
These conversations reinforced something we believe deeply: growth only matters when it enhances the experience and outcomes for the people we serve.
Building a Stronger Business For All
Much of the discussion centered on how we are strengthening our infrastructure behind the scenes so your experience continues to improve. From our evolving technology stack, including Orion, RightCapital, Salesforce, AssetMark, Nitrogen, and HubSpot, to new AI-enabled tools designed to streamline communication and enhance planning insights, our focus remains on efficiency, transparency, and smarter decision-making.
We also shared updates on our expanding retirement plan services, marketing support, back-office capabilities, and advisor resources—all designed to ensure our team has the tools, education, and support needed to advocate for you at the highest level.
A Valued Partnership with AssetMark
We were honored to have AssetMark join us for the day. During the discussion, Chris Randal, regional consultant at AssetMark, shared his perspective on EmVision’s standing within their network.
“While there’s no formal ranking,” Chris noted, “AssetMark works with more than 10,500 financial advisors nationwide, and when you consider EmVision’s Platinum status and the assets supported across your associate advisors, it’s clear your firm operates at a very high level within our organization in terms of AUM.”
That perspective reflects the strength of our partnership and the scale we’ve built together.
Beyond this recognition, AssetMark also highlighted new opportunities for collaboration—allowing us to further enhance investment solutions, planning resources, and operational support in service of our clients.
Celebrating the People Behind the Work
After a full day of discussion and planning, we continued the celebration at our CEO's home, where our team gathered for dinner and conversation. It was a reminder that while strategy and technology matter, it’s the people behind the work—the relationships, collaboration, and shared purpose—that truly set EmVision apart.
Why This Matters to You
Days like EmVision Capital Day aren’t just internal milestones. They’re a reflection of the care, preparation, and long-term thinking that goes into managing your financial life. You have a dedicated team working together, investing in education, technology, and partnerships—all with one goal in mind: helping you move forward with confidence.
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re energized, aligned, and excited for what’s next. Thank you for trusting us with what matters most. We’re proud of the work we’ve done and even more excited about what we’ll continue to build together.
