The Organization That Keeps Us Moving

If you’ve interacted with our leadership team or reached out to our office for support, there’s a good chance Annie has played a role in making things smoother, quicker, or simply more enjoyable. She supports the day-to-day operations of our C-suite, keeps complex calendars organized, helps manage paperwork behind the scenes, and ensures our communication with clients stays clear and timely. Her kindness shows through in every interaction, and her organization helps keep all of us at our best.

A Background Built for This Work

Before joining EmVision, Annie spent five years at Northwestern Mutual as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. With a major in Advertising and Public Speaking and a minor in Finance from the University of Toledo, she brings a rare blend of communication strength and industry understanding—one that fits our team and her role perfectly.

What Drew Her to EmVision

When Annie first connected with EmVision, she was drawn to our sense of community and the intentional way we approach both our work and our relationships. Today, she’s a big part of what makes our team feel grounded, coordinated, and genuinely welcoming. Her positive, upbeat personality adds warmth to our office, and her willingness to jump in and help—no matter the task—has made her an invaluable teammate.

Life Outside the Office

Outside the office, Annie enjoys cooking, baking, hiking, and traveling. As a lifelong Aurora resident, she is deeply rooted in family. She cherishes time with her loved ones, especially her three nephews and niece. She also looks for ways to give back to the community she grew up in, which aligns beautifully with the values we hold at EmVision.
